1. Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbij platform and all its services. By visiting the xbij website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

xbij operates a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide every user with a transparent, fair and enjoyable experience. These Terms form a legal agreement between xbij and the user.

2. User Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the xbij platform:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all accounts will be terminated. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbij reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for any misuse of the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xbij is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Use of a third party's payment account is not permitted and transactions of this kind may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Withdrawal requests are processed only after verification.

• The account must be fully verified in order to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be made through the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.3 Taxes and Charges

xbij does not charge any transaction fees, however fees from your payment provider may apply. Tax obligations are entirely the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xbij offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means a withdrawal request can be made only after placing bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳20,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period.
• Not all games are eligible for wagering with bonus funds — only specific games will count toward wagering.
• xbij reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.

6. VIP Membership and Cashback

The xbij VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. Tier placement is determined based on user activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes depend on user activity. Cashback is provided on a set day each week and is credited to the account as cash. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system through dishonest means (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating gameplay using robots, bots or automated software.
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.

8. Fair Play and Game Rules

xbij is committed to fair play and transparency. • Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The applicable law governing the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined in accordance with the registered jurisdiction of the entity operating xbij. If a dispute arises between xbij and any user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.
